Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ionuț Oproiu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tiberiu Săliştean was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Virgil Ghizdeanu. Ionuț Oproiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Alexandru Onitiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Plastin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC SIRINHO:s goal. The referee gave FC SIRINHO a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcel Toma, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Plastin's Alexandru Onitiu. 0-1. Matei Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matei Roman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Plastin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Horea Geamănu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiberiu Săliştean having to make a save. Martin Penaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 played minutes FC SIRINHO got a freekick which was hit by Moise Novacovici. FC SIRINHO's Tiberiu Săliştean proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save FC SIRINHO from getting a goal against them. Matei Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC SIRINHO! Alexandru Onitiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionuț Oproiu went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half FC SIRINHO were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Matei Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59thth minute of the game Horea Geamănu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SIRINHO's Tiberiu Săliştean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horea Geamănu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Tiberiu Săliştean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horea Geamănu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiberiu Săliştean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Geamănu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Matei Roman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plastin's supporters rose to their feet, but Matei Roman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiberiu Săliştean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, FC SIRINHO's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Geamănu came free, but Tiberiu Săliştean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC SIRINHO defense, Horea Geamănu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiberiu Săliştean. The FC SIRINHO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiberiu Săliştean should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Plastin fully deserved thier win.
