Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cazimir Lițu kicked off to start the match. With his leg Aurelian Tâbârnă managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Cermeiu AC's Cazimir Lițu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iulian Costandin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Tatu's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes Cermeiu AC got a freekick which was hit by Claudiu Hidiș. Andrei Movileanu, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Claudiu Blăniță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iulian Costandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Blăniță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cermeiu AC's goalkeeper Iulian Costandin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Cermeiu AC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudiu Blăniță came free, but Iulian Costandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcu Tatu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Marian Muja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Steluta Darmanesti got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Apostu. It was beautiful to see Cermeiu AC's Leonard Macovei in action when he in the 25th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Cermeiu AC's Cazimir Lițu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Cristinel Coșeriu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Costandin having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Cristinel Coșeriu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cermeiu AC's Iulian Costandin. Iulian Costandin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cazimir Lițu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aurelian Tâbârnă came out and tried to block the shot, but Cazimir Lițu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 44th minute. After 47 played minutes Steluta Darmanesti got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Tatu.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudiu Blăniță stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristinel Coșeriu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Iulian Costandin made a huge save. 53 minutes into the game, Traian Bungeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Aurelian Tâbârnă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Leontin Aursulesei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Steluta Darmanesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. With 64 minutes on the clock, Ionel Ozon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Steluta Darmanesti booed when Cermeiu AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Macovei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 minutes of play, Steluta Darmanesti's Cristinel Coșeriu made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iulian Costandin was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cermeiu AC's Cazimir Lițu in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Steluta Darmanesti's goalie prevented a goal. During the 79th minute of the match Marcu Tatu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcu Tatu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Claudiu Blăniță took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Iulian Costandin to make any attempt to save it. Steluta Darmanesti played a much better game than Cermeiu AC and deserved their victory. The Cermeiu AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
