Cristinel Panaitoiu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Claudiu Urdăreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Manuel Mangra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Ilie Burghelea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zorlincior's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilie Burghelea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Mangra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of StrongMan Run booed when Zorlincior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Zdraşcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iulian Zamfirescu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ilie Burghelea was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 25th minute, Avram Almajan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudiu Urdăreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Manuel Mangra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cazimir Lupșoiu during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to StrongMan Run getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Cazimir Lupșoiu hit a great ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Claudiu Urdăreanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but StrongMan Run's Manuel Mangra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudiu Urdăreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilie Burghelea might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Mangra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilie Burghelea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute, Avram Almajan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Mangra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petru Mihuț went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Manuel Mangra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Urdăreanu in the 44th minute of the match. Ilie Burghelea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Mangra having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute Claudiu Urdăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Mangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Zorlincior's Iustin Bitănescu tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in StrongMan Run's zone, Claudiu Urdăreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Mangra came out of the goal and Claudiu Urdăreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st match minute, StrongMan Run was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Cezariu to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radu Aaxiniei during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Claudiu Urdăreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Burghelea in the 76th minute of play forced StrongMan Run's goalkeeper Manuel Mangra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudiu Urdăreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Manuel Mangra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Mangra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilie Burghelea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Mangra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Burghelea in the 83rd minute of play. StrongMan Run's Manuel Mangra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudiu Urdăreanu in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Claudiu Urdăreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Zorlincior were the better team. Zorlincior's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
