Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Radu Torouţ made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Borussia Buzău booed when Zagavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Mănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ştefan Costandache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxim Giurăscu was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 40th minute Radu Torouţ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Babarada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iacob Mănescu during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute Marius Bociort shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxim Giurăscu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ştefan Costandache made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Borussia Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Culcer came free, but Fabian Babarada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Mugurel Postolache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Culcer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Zagavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucrețiu Tufescu to maneuver through the defense. Zagavia's Maxim Giurăscu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Zagavia from getting a goal against them. Fabian Babarada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Torouţ in the 68th minute of play. Radu Torouţ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Babarada having to interfere. Sebastian Culcer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marius Bociort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Giurăscu having to interfere. When Borussia Buzău's Ştefan Costandache in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 89th match minute, Borussia Buzău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustinian Smarandache to maneuver through the defense. Mugurel Postolache hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Sebastian Culcer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Babarada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radu Torouţ in the 96th minute of play forced Borussia Buzău's goalkeeper Fabian Babarada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zagavia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Borussia Buzău for a fine match.
