After 23 played minutes Centru Juniori got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Marchiș. After having played for 25 minutes, Nichifor Pătru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Club Sector 4's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Pătru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 minutes, Ştefan Chindriș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Centru Juniori and the Sport Club Sector 4 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ştefan Chindriș kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Horia Vătavu made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Irinel Calini sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Sector 4's Mircea Gănescu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Traian Balaeț struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Centru Juniori's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Panait Bobeanu to make the kick off. Adrian Titulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Vătavu having to interfere. Horia Vătavu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Titulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes, Irinel Calini made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Centru Juniori's Horia Vătavu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 played minutes, Sport Club Sector 4's Nicodim Banu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Horia Vătavu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sport Club Sector 4 reached it. Cezar Elefteriu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Bobeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Irinel Calini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Horia Vătavu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sport Club Sector 4's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
