Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Octav Mereacre made the kick off which started today's match. Nae Olaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugurel Ailenei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ernest Drâmbă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mugurel Ailenei came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Masterand Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mugurel Ailenei couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Emilian Tărâţă had to leave the field with a concussion. After 14 minutes, Nae Olaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Masterand Team and the Funduri players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Masterand Team getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nae Olaru hit a great ball. Ernest Drâmbă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Ailenei in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Masterand Team's goalkeeper Emanuel Huștea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Encuțescu. Dinu Encuțescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Emanuel Huștea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Masterand Team's goalkeeper Emanuel Huștea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Encuțescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Iliescu in the 27th minute of play forced Funduri's goalkeeper Ernest Drâmbă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Aurel Panait hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes of play, Funduri's Dinu Encuțescu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Huștea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dinu Encuțescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Emanuel Huștea made a huge save. Iustin Mitrofan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernest Drâmbă. Funduri's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emanuel Huștea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Panait in the 45th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Funduri's Dinu Encuțescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emanuel Huștea. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Iliescu was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Masterand Team getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sergiu Blăniță hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Funduri got a freekick which was hit by Gigi Tufescu. Sever Purcărete's late challenge caught a Masterand Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sever Purcărete helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, one of Funduri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Funduri. In the 64th minute, Masterand Team got a penalty, and Cristinel Voinescu placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 66th match minute, Masterand Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Blăniță to maneuver through the defense. Dinu Encuțescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Emanuel Huștea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octav Mereacre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Huștea having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Funduri's Octav Mereacre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Huștea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Dinu Encuțescu came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Funduri fans jumped to their feet. Emanuel Huștea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Encuțescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Masterand Team got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Blăniță. Emanuel Huștea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Encuțescu in the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Masterand Team got a freekick which was hit by Avram Cârnu. After having played for 97 minutes, Dinu Encuțescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Funduri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinu Encuțescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Avram Cârnu kicked well hit freekick during the 101st minute of the match.
