After 19 played minutes Teodoresti FC got a freekick which was hit by Sever Ciorăscu. Grigore Abraham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ioan Neacșu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ioan Neacșu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petruț Ghimiș in the 23rd minute of play. Lucrețiu Stroici was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Alexandru Codrescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexandru Codrescu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Radu Coraș charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radu Coraș the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Teodoresti FC booed when FC STRENGARIII was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Coraș didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Grigore Abraham made a precise shot to the right of Ioan Neacșu. Teodoresti FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grigore Abraham to make the kick off. Doru Dugulescu's late challenge caught a Teodoresti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doru Dugulescu helped the player get up and apologised. Doru Dugulescu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Teodoresti FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandru Codrescu. Petruț Ghimiș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ioan Neacșu made a huge save. 1-4 became the score in the 81st minute when Grigore Abraham elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute of the game Mugurel Schiau made a throw-in which Radu Coraș played forward. Lucrețiu Stroici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Stratulat in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Teodoresti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihnea Fărcășan to maneuver through the defense. Teodoresti FC's Ioan Neacșu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Teodoresti FC from getting a goal against them. FC STRENGARIII played a much better game than Teodoresti FC and deserved their victory. The Teodoresti FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
