Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aristide Giuverdea got the match started through his kick off. Aristide Giuverdea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicodim Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Ciocoiu having to interfere. Octav Ciocoiu came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Cezar Calomfir. But to his dismay, Cezar Calomfir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Dan Bosioc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Octav Ciocoiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Dan Bosioc put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Octav Ciocoiu. Cezar Calomfir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Octav Ciocoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octav Ciocoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Nenițescu in the 25th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes, Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Flavius Negrițoiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octav Ciocoiu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Unirea Podu Iloaiei reached it. A collision led to Tungujei AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Aristide Giuverdea hit a great ball. Mihăiţă Nenițescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Dan Bosioc left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unirea Podu Iloaiei fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Dan Bosioc took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octav Ciocoiu. Octav Ciocoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Aristide Giuverdea struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Virgil Barbălată didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tungujei AFC. After 44 minutes, Augustin Buzilă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tungujei AFC and the Unirea Podu Iloaiei players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tungujei AFC's Augustin Buzilă got a free kick in the 44th minute. Octav Ciocoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Calomfir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

If Cezar Calomfir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicodim Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Ciocoiu having to interfere. Dacian Obregia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Cezar Calomfir got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 62 minutes into the game, Dan Bosioc recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octav Ciocoiu. Dan Bosioc showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Dan Bosioc sped through Tungujei AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octav Ciocoiu. Dacian Obregia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Ciocoiu having to interfere. Nicodim Șeimeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Octav Ciocoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Dan Bosioc got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Octav Ciocoiu. Mihăiţă Nenițescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Octav Ciocoiu came out and tried to block the shot, but Mihăiţă Nenițescu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 83rd minute. When Nicodim Șeimeanu came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Unirea Podu Iloaiei fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicodim Șeimeanu couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Mihăiţă Nenițescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Viorel Barbăneagră was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tungujei AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unirea Podu Iloaiei the free kick. Viorel Barbăneagră hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Octav Ciocoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cezar Calomfir in the 94th minute. Mihăiţă Nenițescu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Unirea Podu Iloaiei's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nicodim Șeimeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Ciocoiu having to interfere. The Tungujei AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unirea Podu Iloaiei were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
