Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ştefan Bogătean kicked off to start the match. F.C. Anina Banat's Panait Mirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Spoială in the 6th minute of play. Moise Spoială took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panait Mirea. Panait Mirea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Șerban Mușat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Baba fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Baba's Moise Spoială looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Moise Spoială scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Panait Mirea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Călin Stoleru struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Panait Mirea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baba. Șerban Mușat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panait Mirea having to interfere. Panait Mirea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Mușat, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Șerban Mușat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Panait Mirea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moise Spoială recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Șerban Mușat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Moise Spoială got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Șerban Mușat made the kick off in the second half. Panait Mirea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Șerban Mușat's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. F.C. Anina Banat's Panait Mirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Șerban Mușat in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Șerban Mușat dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Panait Mirea, 0-4. Ştefan Bogătean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, F.C. Anina Banat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Moise Spoială fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Moise Spoială received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Panait Mirea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Moise Spoială reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Panait Mirea. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 72nd minute, Șerban Mușat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. F.C. Anina Banat's Panait Mirea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Anina Banat from getting a goal against them. A collision led to F.C. Anina Banat getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Emanuel Lozovan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Baba's zone, Ştefan Bogătean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codruț Roșeanu came out of the goal and Ştefan Bogătean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80 played minutes Baba got a freekick which was hit by Călin Stoleru. Șerban Mușat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Panait Mirea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Șerban Mușat put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Panait Mirea. Moise Spoială who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Panait Mirea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The F.C. Anina Banat fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Baba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
