Petrică Dragalina started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Vali Tuleiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HooLiGanS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vali Tuleiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugen Bordeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stelian Cotuțiu having to interfere. Vali Tuleiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vintilă Alucai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Mateescu having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vali Tuleiu to make the kick off. Eugen Bordeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stelian Cotuțiu having to make a save. Eugen Bordeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Stelian Cotuțiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Visarion's late challenge caught a Hinova AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Visarion helped the player get up and apologised. David Visarion hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When Vali Tuleiu came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the HooLiGanS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vali Tuleiu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 72 minutes, Vintilă Alucai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HooLiGanS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vintilă Alucai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Hinova AC defense, Vintilă Alucai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Mateescu. The Hinova AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Mateescu should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Vintilă Alucai managed to get in a good position for a shot. HooLiGanS's supporters rose to their feet, but Vintilă Alucai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avram Mateescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vintilă Alucai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as HooLiGanS's Vali Tuleiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Avram Mateescu. That made the score 0-2 after 88 minutes of play. Vali Tuleiu took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Mateescu. Avram Mateescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The HooLiGanS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HooLiGanS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
