HooLiGanS's Vintilă Alucai got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, HooLiGanS's Vintilă Alucai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iacob Teodorescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iacob Teodorescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Tuleiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, one of HooLiGanS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Virgil Frumuzache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stelian Cotuțiu having to interfere. A collision led to HooLiGanS getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Horea Stoian hit a great ball. Cristi Tobă was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Horea Stoian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Teodorescu having to interfere. Virgil Frumuzache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelian Cotuțiu made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Virgil Frumuzache sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 48 minutes, Andrei Săndoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C Dudestii Noi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrei Săndoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vintilă Alucai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Vintilă Alucai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vintilă Alucai got free with Iacob Teodorescu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Gică Alucai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, HooLiGanS's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Frumuzache came free, but Stelian Cotuțiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, HooLiGanS's Vintilă Alucai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iacob Teodorescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Vintilă Alucai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Iacob Teodorescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. HooLiGanS's Stelian Cotuțiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Frumuzache in the 78th minute of play. F.C Dudestii Noi's Virgil Frumuzache got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrei Săndoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Stelian Cotuțiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The HooLiGanS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HooLiGanS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
