Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gavril Măliță made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd match minute, Olteni CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codrin Opaina to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, Avram Bârlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavril Măliță in the 12th minute of play forced Olteni CSS's goalkeeper Marcel Buciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avram Bârlea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Marcel Buciu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Gavril Măliță fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Claudiu Marina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcu Harhoiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Claudiu Marina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Harhoiu having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Emanuel Florean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcu Harhoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Olteni CSS's goalkeeper Marcel Buciu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Avram Bârlea. Avram Bârlea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Buciu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Olteni CSS got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Costache. With his leg Marcel Buciu managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Dinamo's Avram Bârlea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gheorghe Chiriac took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marcel Buciu to make any attempt to save it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Emanuel Florean made the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Florean scored 1-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcu Harhoiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gheorghe Chiriac kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Dinamo's Gavril Măliță got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Florean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Florean in the 81st minute of play forced Dinamo's goalkeeper Marcu Harhoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Dinamo defense, Claudiu Marina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcu Harhoiu. The Dinamo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcu Harhoiu should have stopped the shot. After 85 played minutes Olteni CSS got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Costache. Avram Bârlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marcel Buciu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Gavril Măliță managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavril Măliță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Buciu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Dinamo's Gheorghe Chiriac got a free kick in the 94th minute. Gavril Măliță scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Buciu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Olteni CSS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
