In the 8th minute of the match Aron Caranfil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Giurchescu skillfully saved the ball. Martin Eremia charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Eremia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Dinamo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Eremia to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Dinamo's Gavril Măliță sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Giurchescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Gavril Măliță managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavril Măliță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Giurchescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Gavril Măliță put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Edgar Giurchescu. Avram Bârlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiberiu Vărzaru was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Satucul's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Avram Bârlea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Giurchescu having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Satucul's goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Măliță came free, but Edgar Giurchescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gavril Măliță struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Edgar Giurchescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo. Satucul's Edgar Giurchescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavril Măliță in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Avram Bârlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Giurchescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dinamo's zone, Gheorghe Baniciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcu Harhoiu came out of the goal and Gheorghe Baniciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Satucul's Tiberiu Vărzaru in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dinamo's goalie prevented a goal. Avram Bârlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gavril Măliță to make the kick off. Edgar Giurchescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gavril Măliță showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Satucul's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Chiriac came free, but Edgar Giurchescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gavril Măliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliodor Chioreanu during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eliodor Chioreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Gavril Măliță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Satucul's Andrei Ifrim got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Caranfil in the 71st minute of play forced Satucul's goalkeeper Edgar Giurchescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Giurchescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Măliță, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Satucul's Gheorghe Baniciu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Satucul's zone, Gavril Măliță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Giurchescu came out of the goal and Gavril Măliță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Giurchescu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Avram Bârlea sent off a good shot on target. Edgar Giurchescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Măliță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Satucul's Edgar Giurchescu got control of the ball when Avram Bârlea tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gavril Măliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Satucul fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dinamo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
