Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Victor Vuşcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Hapaina having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Vuşcan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horaţiu Hapaina. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Leontin Unchiaşu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Avram Muraru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Codrin Stroescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Victor Vuşcan struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Horaţiu Hapaina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dagata. Codrin Stroescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Muraru, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Manole Predoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ion Cioacă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Hapaina having to interfere. Victor Vuşcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ion Cioacă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horaţiu Hapaina was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Gigi Lăzărescu kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Ion Cioacă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horaţiu Hapaina made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Victor Vuşcan sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Tractorul Mehedinti's zone, Victor Vuşcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Hapaina came out of the goal and Victor Vuşcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avram Muraru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Avram Muraru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ion Cioacă made a kick off. Ion Cioacă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Horaţiu Hapaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, FC Tractorul Mehedinti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Miniș to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 60 in the game by Avram Muraru from a close distance when the talented Codrin Stroescu managed to make a qualified save. Dagata's players were relieved. Avram Muraru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Stroescu having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Avram Muraru took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Codrin Stroescu to make any attempt to save it. In the 70th minute, Leontin Unchiaşu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagata's Victor Vuşcan got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Ion Cioacă made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Hapaina. FC Tractorul Mehedinti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ion Cioacă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Horaţiu Hapaina came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Dagata's Victor Vuşcan. But to his dismay, Victor Vuşcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 90 minutes into the match, FC Tractorul Mehedinti's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Unchiaşu came free, but Horaţiu Hapaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute Leontin Unchiaşu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Hapaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ion Cioacă, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 95 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Horaţiu Hapaina was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dagata had played much better football throughout.
