Seating: 1030, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gigel Nacu started the match with the kick off. Adrian Ciolacu took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sorin Brănescu. Sorin Brănescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mădălin Secoşan hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 9 minutes, Marcu Gorjanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chisarai and the DrumLung players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcu Gorjanu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Adrian Ciolacu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sorin Brănescu having to make a save. Adrian Ciolacu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Brănescu having to interfere. Chisarai's Dacian Bejenaru got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Dacian Bejenaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dacian Bejenaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Gigel Nacu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ionel Cârneci was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. When Gigel Nacu came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Chisarai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigel Nacu couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mădălin Secoşan during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in DrumLung's zone, Dacian Bejenaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionel Cârneci came out of the goal and Dacian Bejenaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gigel Nacu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sorin Brănescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Ciolacu in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half DrumLung were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Ciolacu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Niculae Tănăsescu charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niculae Tănăsescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niculae Tănăsescu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Laurențiu Brănet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sorin Brănescu made a huge save. Laurențiu Brănet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Ciolacu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sorin Brănescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chisarai booed when DrumLung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Pârvuță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ionel Cârneci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Nacu in the 64th minute of the match. Gigel Nacu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ionel Cârneci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 76th minute of the match Mădălin Secoşan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mădălin Secoşan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th match minute, DrumLung was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Secoşan to maneuver through the defense. Ionel Cârneci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dacian Bejenaru's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Ionel Cârneci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Nacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Dacian Bejenaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adrian Ciolacu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
