Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aron Caramitru kicked off to start the match. Leonardo Burian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucian Purcărete came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonardo Burian slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Lucian Purcărete made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Crăiță in the 9th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Galin's goalkeeper Lucian Purcărete had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Crăiță. In the 15th match minute, Galin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Caramitru to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Burian in the 24th minute of play forced Galin's goalkeeper Lucian Purcărete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, FC Tg. Mureș's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Atodiresei came free, but Teodor Cândrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucian Purcărete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Burian, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Cristinel Meleșcanu's late challenge caught a FC Tg. Mureș's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristinel Meleșcanu helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Galin got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Meleșcanu. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Sebastian Crăiță put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lucian Purcărete. If Francisc Atodiresei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Sebastian Crăiță had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucian Purcărete. Galin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Crăiță was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Aron Caramitru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Crăiță made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Galin's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Crăiță came free, but Lucian Purcărete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galin's Lucian Purcărete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Burian in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Crăiță in the 58th minute of play forced Galin's goalkeeper Lucian Purcărete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucian Purcărete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Burian in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Galin getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Răzvan Irod hit a great ball. After 80 minutes, Matei Caramitru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galin and the FC Tg. Mureș players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Matei Caramitru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Tg. Mureș's Bogdan Bogatu got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Petru Zegreanu in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Tg. Mureș's Pavel Lupea. 88 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bogatu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucian Purcărete. Galin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Bogatu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Leonardo Burian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the FC Tg. Mureș players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
