Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) FCSB Alexandria's Ferdinand Codrea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, FCSB Alexandria's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Dobrinescu came free, but Augustin Nicoliță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Rugonfalva's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Codrea came free, but Fabian Hârciog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ioan Zamfir took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augustin Nicoliță. Augustin Nicoliță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Rugonfalva's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Codrea came free, but Fabian Hârciog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Codrea kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiberiu Dobrinescu during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rugonfalva's Tiberiu Dobrinescu got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ioan Zamfir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ioan Zamfir came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Rugonfalva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ioan Zamfir couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, FCSB Alexandria's Ferdinand Codrea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Hârciog made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Valentin Perșa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Hârciog having to interfere. Rugonfalva's Fabian Hârciog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Perșa in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Tiberiu Dobrinescu made the kick off in the second half. Tiberiu Dobrinescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Nicoliță having to interfere. Tiberiu Dobrinescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augustin Nicoliță came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rugonfalva's Ioan Zamfir. But to his dismay, Ioan Zamfir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ioan Zamfir might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augustin Nicoliță. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ioan Zamfir ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tiberiu Dobrinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ioan Zamfir took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augustin Nicoliță. Augustin Nicoliță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Tiberiu Dobrinescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rugonfalva's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
