Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Octav Costache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldarasti FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octav Costache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 9 minutes, Alin Bălanescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC MAFIA and the Caldarasti FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes FC MAFIA got a freekick which was hit by Alin Bălanescu. In the 14th minute, Toader Diaconescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aron Mocanu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Octav Costache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Baniu having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Alin Bălanescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Baniu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octav Costache in the 22nd minute of play. When Gheorghe Ciurea fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caldarasti FC's protests and gave Gheorghe Ciurea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Gheorghe Ciurea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 minutes of play, FC MAFIA's Maxim Vintilă made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niculae Angelescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Maxim Vintilă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Caldarasti FC's Gheorghe Ciurea got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Niculae Angelescu came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FC MAFIA's Maxim Vintilă. But to his dismay, Maxim Vintilă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Toader Diaconescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Fabian Baniu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 46th minute, Octav Costache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half FC MAFIA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maxim Constantin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Octav Costache put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Baniu. Octav Costache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fabian Baniu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octav Costache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cazimir Lucescu's late challenge caught a Caldarasti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cazimir Lucescu helped the player get up and apologised. Cazimir Lucescu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Caldarasti FC's Costică Aurelianu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC MAFIA. Fabian Baniu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Costache in the 72nd minute of the match. Octav Costache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alin Bălanescu was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to FC MAFIA getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Alin Bălanescu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toader Diaconescu in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Baniu saved FC MAFIA from getting behind. Octav Costache's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Baniu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. If Toader Diaconescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Maxim Vintilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Caldarasti FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC MAFIA's performance. The match ended with a win for FC MAFIA.
