After having played for 11 minutes, Răzvan Moisescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spiridoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Moisescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KATTRALL F.C.'s zone, Niculae Jivulescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Vintilă came out of the goal and Niculae Jivulescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Niculae Jivulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, KATTRALL F.C.'s Denis Nițulescu got a free kick in the 20th minute. Răzvan Moisescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. George Vintilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Coporan made a kick off. Răzvan Moisescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. George Vintilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niculae Jivulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Bârsescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Tâbârnă in the 61st minute of the match. Romeo Tâbârnă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Manuel Bârsescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Spiridoni got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Stoian. In the 80th minute, Niculae Jivulescu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of George Vintilă, passed just outside the right post. Romeo Tâbârnă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Bârsescu having to interfere. Spiridoni's Niculae Jivulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Răzvan Moisescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of Spiridoni's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Spiridoni may have spent more time on the ball, but KATTRALL F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
