Horaţiu Elenescu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Robert Săndulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Rebengiuc, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the Fc Dinamo 48 defense, Cristi Balaci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Săndulescu. The Fc Dinamo 48 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Săndulescu should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Horaţiu Elenescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Săndulescu came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Beghinesti FC's Ionică Tudorache. But to his dismay, Ionică Tudorache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 25th minute, one of Fc Dinamo 48:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fc Dinamo 48. 30 minutes into the match, Fc Dinamo 48's goalkeeper Robert Săndulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionică Tudorache. In the 43rd minute Daniel Oravițan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Săndulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fc Dinamo 48's Horaţiu Elenescu got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Ţîrlea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robert Săndulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionică Tudorache in the 53rd minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ionică Tudorache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fc Dinamo 48's David Corlățean got a free kick in the 70th minute. Robert Săndulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionică Tudorache in the 78th minute of play. Robert Săndulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Rebengiuc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ionică Tudorache took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Săndulescu. Robert Săndulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Fc Dinamo 48's Iordache Baldovinescu got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th match minute, Fc Dinamo 48 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gelu Mihai to maneuver through the defense. Robert Săndulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Tudorache in the 90th minute of the match. A collision led to Fc Dinamo 48 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gelu Mihai hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Claudiu Hodorog sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robert Săndulescu skillfully saved the ball. Gelu Mihai charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gelu Mihai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fc Dinamo 48 getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gelu Mihai hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Dinamo 48 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Beghinesti FC.
