Spectators: 7537 (Terracing: 5654, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Denis Harhoiu kicked off to start the match. Isac Milcu came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Carlsberg's Andrei Dănciulescu. But to his dismay, Andrei Dănciulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The Cluj Fighting Race fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Cluj Fighting Race's Denis Harhoiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Andrei Dănciulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Isac Milcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gică Iorga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isac Milcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Iorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Denis Harhoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cluj Fighting Race's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Harhoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iulian Ghiondea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Iorga in the 31st minute of play forced Cluj Fighting Race's goalkeeper Isac Milcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cluj Fighting Race's Denis Harhoiu in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Carlsberg's goalie prevented a goal. Isac Câmpeanu's late challenge caught a Cluj Fighting Race's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isac Câmpeanu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Carlsberg getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Isac Câmpeanu hit a great ball. Marian Cândea hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Cluj Fighting Race's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Iorga came free, but Isac Milcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Ghiondea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Harhoiu's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Cluj Fighting Race's goalkeeper Isac Milcu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrei Dănciulescu. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Carlsberg's Andrei Dănciulescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isac Milcu. That made the score 2-1 after 47 minutes of play.

When Andrei Dănciulescu came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FC Carlsberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrei Dănciulescu couldn't finish the play. Denis Harhoiu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Iulian Ghiondea skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Harhoiu in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iulian Ghiondea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mihnea Aldea kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Denis Harhoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Carlsberg's Iulian Ghiondea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th match minute, FC Carlsberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Rotariu to maneuver through the defense. In the 77thth minute of the game Denis Harhoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Carlsberg's Iulian Ghiondea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emanuel Agulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gică Iorga scored 3-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isac Milcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 93 played minutes Cluj Fighting Race got a freekick which was hit by Marian Cândea. Cluj Fighting Race's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Carlsberg had won, even though Cluj Fighting Race had held more of the ball.
