The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Baba got free with Gheorghe Petruț in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Iustin Baba fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gheorghe Petruț, passed just outside the right post. Gheorghe Petruț was a little too slow when Eduard Urseanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. Gheorghe Petruț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Urseanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, one of Abisko Zinne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Abisko Zinne. The supporters of Abisko Zinne booed when Radutestii FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodim Hâjdău didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Abisko Zinne's Felix Martinescu got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Urseanu in the 33rd minute of play forced Abisko Zinne's goalkeeper Gheorghe Petruț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Iustin Baba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Abisko Zinne's zone, Nicodim Hâjdău stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gheorghe Petruț came out of the goal and Nicodim Hâjdău tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduard Urseanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
