Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hansa Rostok SV.'s Marin Mirciu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 2 minutes, Gigi Drăgoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vederea AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigi Drăgoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gigi Drăgoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Hansa Rostok SV.'s Doru Bobailă got control of the ball when Gigi Drăgoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doru Bobailă was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Gigi Drăgoi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gigi Drăgoi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gigi Drăgoi charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gigi Drăgoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Vederea AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigi Drăgoi to maneuver through the defense. Vederea AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Petruț Siniştean in the 24th minute. Denis Isărescu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 29 played minutes Hansa Rostok SV. got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Rogozea. Vederea AC's Calistrat Sântimbrean got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Drăgoi made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Hansa Rostok SV.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Drăgoi came free, but Doru Bobailă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vederea AC's Laurențiu Anghel got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute, Gigi Drăgoi made a precise shot to the right of Doru Bobailă. Hansa Rostok SV.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 65 minutes into the match, Vederea AC's Gigi Drăgoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doru Bobailă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Gigi Drăgoi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hansa Rostok SV.'s Doru Bobailă. Doru Bobailă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Gigi Drăgoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vederea AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When Gigi Drăgoi came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Vederea AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigi Drăgoi couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gigi Drăgoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vederea AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigi Drăgoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doru Bobailă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gigi Drăgoi took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doru Bobailă. Doru Bobailă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Vederea AC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
