The audience was convinced that Dinu Plopșor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciprian Șeimeanu was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Romeo Erbașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciprian Șeimeanu having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinu Plopșor to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferdinand Zăreanu struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Eusebiu Lăzăroiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Juventus M-Voda. In the 63rd match minute, Alacap CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Vlădoiu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Fc Juventus M-Voda's Gigi Iorgulescu got a free kick in the 96th minute. Alacap CS played a much better game than Fc Juventus M-Voda and deserved their victory. The Fc Juventus M-Voda players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
