Tiur SC's Maxim Gheorghiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurențiu Anghel in the 25th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Vederea AC's goalkeeper Ivan Frumușanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisc Frențiu.
