Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andrei Dumitrana kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corsarii Tycalosi's zone, Marin Urmaticu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragoş Săvoiu came out of the goal and Marin Urmaticu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Nae Simionaş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corsarii Tycalosi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 15 played minutes Corsarii Tycalosi got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Goga. If Andrei Dumitrana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Andrei Dumitrana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcu Barna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Iorgu in the 29th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Efervescent defense, Sever Drăghici kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcu Barna. The FC Efervescent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcu Barna should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the game, Marin Urmaticu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dragoş Săvoiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrei Dumitrana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Săvoiu having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Sebastian Pâslaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcu Barna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Simionaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nae Simionaş was the one to do the kick off. Andrei Dumitrana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dragoş Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dragoş Săvoiu stood somewhat misplaced when Marin Urmaticu came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 54 minute. Marcu Barna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Drăghici in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Nae Simionaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Barna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Traian Greculescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Săvoiu having to interfere. Marcu Barna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nae Simionaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Sever Drăghici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Barna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurel Ştefănuţ hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Dragoş Săvoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Dumitrana in the 73rd minute. Andrei Dumitrana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Săvoiu having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Andrei Dumitrana made a precise shot to the right of Dragoş Săvoiu. Corsarii Tycalosi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Andrei Dumitrana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radu Prislop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dragoş Săvoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dragoş Săvoiu made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Andrei Dumitrana sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Dragoş Săvoiu managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when FC Efervescent's Marin Urmaticu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match was over FC Efervescent could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Corsarii Tycalosi throughout the match.
