Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gabriel Ursu made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, one of GATEMI:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mihnea Macamete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Pâslaru in the 15th minute of play. FC Rogerius Oradea's Cezar Datcu suffered a sprained foot after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of FC Rogerius Oradea booed when GATEMI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Semeghin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valeriu Semeghin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Pompiliu Bucuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Iustinian Bărbătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Macamete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Pâslaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Macamete having to interfere. Mihnea Macamete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Pâslaru in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in GATEMI's zone, Vasile Pâslaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihnea Macamete came out of the goal and Vasile Pâslaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasile Pâslaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Macamete having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vasile Pâslaru to make the kick off. When Ionică Răduț fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Rogerius Oradea's protests and gave Ionică Răduț a yellow card for diving instead. Ionică Răduț hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ionică Răduț kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Valeriu Semeghin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Bucuță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihnea Macamete made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Vasile Pâslaru sent off a good shot on target. Ionică Răduț struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Mihnea Macamete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rogerius Oradea. After 73 played minutes FC Rogerius Oradea got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Avram. 80 minutes into the match, GATEMI's Valeriu Semeghin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Bucuță narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Valeriu Semeghin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GATEMI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valeriu Semeghin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vasile Pâslaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The GATEMI fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Rogerius Oradea were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
