Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marian Graur kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Uncheşu in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Petrescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 14 minutes, Florin Lupu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argestru CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florin Lupu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sebastian Apetroaiei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20thth minute of the game Petre Teişanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Petre Teişanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Petrescu having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Cocioc SC's Petre Teişanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florin Petrescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Aurel Sitaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Graur's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Sebastian Apetroaiei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Cocioc SC were awarded a corner. Nicu Andrieșanu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Nicu Andrieșanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu did a great save. 35 minutes into the match, Argestru CS's Marian Graur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurel Sitaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Marian Graur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augustin Uncheşu was the one to do the kick off. Argestru CS's Florin Lupu got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florin Lupu struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Aurel Sitaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argestru CS. Nicolae Hudiță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Florin Petrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Petrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Uncheşu in the 71st minute of play. Marian Graur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurel Sitaru having to interfere. Aurel Sitaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Graur's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes Cocioc SC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Hudiță. Marian Graur succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Argestru CS's Florin Lupu got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nicolae Hudiță fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cocioc SC's protests and gave Nicolae Hudiță a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Nicolae Hudiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argestru CS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
