Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marian Graur made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of C.S. Lia Herghe booed when Argestru CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Graur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Aron Brad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Augustin Gurzău received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Florin Petrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marian Graur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Marin having to interfere. Eric Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Graur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Argestru CS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marius Ciolofan hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Aron Brad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Petrescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Aron Brad notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu. Florin Petrescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aron Brad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Florin Petrescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.S. Lia Herghe's David Buzoianu was substituted for Augustin Gurzău. Florin Lupu took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Marin. Eric Marin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aron Brad to make the kick off. Florin Lupu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Marin having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Teodor Baldu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florin Petrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Brad in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Buzoianu got free with Florin Petrescu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florin Petrescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Brad's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 64thth minute of the game Aron Brad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 played minutes Argestru CS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Apetroaiei. In the 66th minute of the match Mihail Gherghe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florin Petrescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, C.S. Lia Herghe's Florin Petrescu threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aron Brad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 72 minutes of play, C.S. Lia Herghe's Aron Brad made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florin Petrescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute Florin Lupu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Brad who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Florin Petrescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Argestru CS's Florin Petrescu got control of the ball when David Buzoianu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aron Brad had several of the Argestru CS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Florin Petrescu as he didn't even see the shot coming. David Buzoianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Petrescu having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Marian Graur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argestru CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marian Graur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
