Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, FC Rogerius Oradea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Luțu to maneuver through the defense. Paul Racoviță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pompiliu Bucuță having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Ferestrele AS's Emilian Lovinescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Bucuță narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Ionică Răduț ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cazimir Bănățeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rogerius Oradea's zone, Emilian Lovinescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pompiliu Bucuță came out of the goal and Emilian Lovinescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cazimir Bănățeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Răduț in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ferestrele AS's Paul Racoviță got a free kick in the 29th minute. Cazimir Bănățeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Răduț, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Gigi Spineanu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Racoviță in the 38th minute of play forced Ferestrele AS's goalkeeper Cazimir Bănățeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pompiliu Bucuță came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Ferestrele AS's Paul Racoviță. But to his dismay, Paul Racoviță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Emilian Lovinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pompiliu Bucuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augustin Racoviță to strike the kick off in the second half. Nichifor Săraru hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Bucuță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilian Lovinescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute of the match, Augustin Racoviță tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cazimir Bănățeanu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Paul Racoviță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Pompiliu Bucuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Racoviță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Rogerius Oradea's Iustin Cigu got a free kick in the 70th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Ferestrele AS's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Racoviță came free, but Cazimir Bănățeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustinian Bărbătescu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Emilian Lovinescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, FC Rogerius Oradea's Ionică Răduț dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. If Augustin Racoviță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Rogerius Oradea supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Rogerius Oradea would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
