In the 30th minute, Sirna CS's Cristi Timofte ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Costică Aplugăriței. Costică Aplugăriței yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Constantin Tănase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristi Timofte in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costică Aplugăriței prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristi Timofte in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costică Aplugăriței saved Vizurestii AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Sirna CS booed when Vizurestii AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Negrilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristi Timofte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costică Aplugăriței having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
