With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nichifor Răica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cezar Zogreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marian Macovei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Zogreanu in the 38th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cezar Zogreanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Dan Stolnicu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marian Macovei quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Costică Ciolpan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Macovei having to interfere. The supporters of MOTANILA booed when Dobolt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Zamfir didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Dobolt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MOTANILA throughout the match.
