Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Crint's Florin Eniceicu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Stanestii FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Leontin Bârsan hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Florin Eniceicu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxim Iovan. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Daniel Şantău sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florin Eniceicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Maxim Iovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 25 minutes, Daniel Şantău managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crint's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Şantău was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Florin Eniceicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxim Iovan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florin Eniceicu's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Eniceicu in the 32nd minute of play forced Stanestii FC's goalkeeper Maxim Iovan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Savin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Bourceanu in the 36th minute of play. After 39 minutes, Manole Buta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crint and the Stanestii FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Crint getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Manole Buta hit a great ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Ionel Bourceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 43rd minute, Stanestii FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Şantău fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gheorghe Vulpăşin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Valentin Savin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionel Bourceanu's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionel Bourceanu made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Şantău in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxim Iovan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristinel Frumușanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Valentin Savin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Bourceanu in the 59th minute of play forced Crint's goalkeeper Valentin Savin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Şantău scored 2-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxim Iovan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florin Eniceicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Maxim Iovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Valentin Savin managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Stanestii FC's Cristinel Frumușanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Crint's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Ionel Bourceanu scored to the left of an out of position Valentin Savin, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Crint's zone, Ionel Bourceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Savin came out of the goal and Ionel Bourceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Savin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristinel Frumușanu in the 80th minute. Stanestii FC's Maxim Iovan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Eniceicu in the 84th minute of play. Maxim Iovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Şantău, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Cristinel Frumușanu came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Stanestii FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristinel Frumușanu couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stanestii FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Crint.
