The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Alin Varga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxim Bucurescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilie Logofeteanu in the 27th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Ilie Logofeteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vlad Juniors FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in STEAUA NORDULUI reached it. After a rather tough play, STEAUA NORDULUI's Eugen Ştiopul got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A very good chance for a goal. 72 minutes into the match, STEAUA NORDULUI's Marius Mazilu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iustin Udrişte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vlad Juniors FC's goalkeeper Iustin Udrişte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cosmin Nișu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Vlad Juniors FC's Iustin Udrişte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Mazilu in the 85th minute of play. Toader Hortopan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilie Logofeteanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Vlad Juniors FC played a much better game than STEAUA NORDULUI and deserved their victory. The STEAUA NORDULUI players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
