Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alin Pârâianu took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicodim Neguțu in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidiu Iorgulescu saved Vajla from getting behind. Ovidiu Iorgulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Neguțu in the 10th minute of the match. Ovidiu Iorgulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Muslea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidiu Iorgulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Muslea in the 14th minute of play. If Petru Muslea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petru Muslea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Iorgulescu having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vajla's zone, Nicodim Neguțu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Iorgulescu came out of the goal and Nicodim Neguțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Ghidut FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alin Pârâianu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 38th minute, Nicodim Neguțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ghidut FC's Nicodim Neguțu in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vajla's goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Vajla's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Muslea came free, but Ovidiu Iorgulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aron Lesnea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Nicodim Neguțu made the kick off in the second half. When Ghidut FC's Nicodim Neguțu in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vajla's goalie prevented a goal. If Petru Muslea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicodim Neguțu in the 67th minute of play forced Vajla's goalkeeper Ovidiu Iorgulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vajla's Ovidiu Iorgulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodim Neguțu in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Ghidut FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Manuel Elefteriu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Vajla's Manuel Maxim tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ovidiu Iorgulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Elefteriu in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Nicodim Neguțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Nicodim Neguțu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gheorghe Jilăveanu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Ovidiu Iorgulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petru Muslea in the 98th minute. Ghidut FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
