Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Gheorghe Jilăveanu made a precise shot to the right of Ştefan Arșanu. Isvoarele CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Horea Dorlea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Iorgulescu made a huge save. After 11 played minutes Isvoarele CF got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Torouţ. Ovidiu Iorgulescu made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Horea Dorlea sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Lesnea in the 21st minute of play forced Vajla's goalkeeper Ovidiu Iorgulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Zăreanu lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Isvoarele CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! Ovidiu Iorgulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Uzuneanu in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Lucrețiu Lesnea took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Ovidiu Iorgulescu to make any attempt to save it. If Alex Romaşcanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ştefan Arșanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alin Pârâianu went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Vajla defense, Lucrețiu Lesnea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidiu Iorgulescu. The Vajla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidiu Iorgulescu should have stopped the shot. The Isvoarele CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vajla were winning 3-4.

When Alex Romaşcanu came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Isvoarele CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Romaşcanu couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the game, one of Vajla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alex Romaşcanu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 59 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Lesnea notched a goal, 4-4, to the right of Vajla's Ovidiu Iorgulescu. Ovidiu Iorgulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute, Lucrețiu Lesnea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidiu Iorgulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-4. Vajla's Ovidiu Iorgulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Romaşcanu in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Vajla's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Uzuneanu came free, but Ovidiu Iorgulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucrețiu Lesnea struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Ovidiu Iorgulescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isvoarele CF. Isvoarele CF's Alex Romaşcanu got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucrețiu Lesnea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ovidiu Iorgulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Romaşcanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucrețiu Lesnea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucrețiu Lesnea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ovidiu Iorgulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidiu Iorgulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Lesnea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Lucrețiu Lesnea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Iorgulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, Alin Pârâianu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vajla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Isvoarele CF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vajla's Alin Pârâianu got a free kick in the 98th minute. Isvoarele CF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
