The supporters of WhiteLion FC booed when FC Dinamo București was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Acatincăi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, WhiteLion FC's George Năstase broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dinu Pârvuță made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Calistrat Şchiopu sent off a good shot on target. Mugurel Hoisie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marin Dedu's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. FC Dinamo București's Dinu Pârvuță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Doloman in the 39th minute of play. After 41 played minutes WhiteLion FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Stoicu. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Marin Dedu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dinamo București's supporters rose to their feet, but Marin Dedu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mugurel Hoisie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mugurel Hoisie was a little too slow when Marin Dedu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. FC Dinamo București's Ion Stere got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Damian Dulgherescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The WhiteLion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Dinu Pârvuță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Stoicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a little luck, WhiteLion FC's Mugurel Hoisie got control of the ball when Mugur Curcă tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Damian Dulgherescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marin Dedu in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mugurel Hoisie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. WhiteLion FC's Mugurel Hoisie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save WhiteLion FC from getting a goal against them. Marin Dedu in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mugurel Hoisie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 77thth minute of the game Marin Dedu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WhiteLion FC's Mugurel Hoisie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Calistrat Şchiopu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dinu Pârvuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinu Pârvuță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Doloman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Dinamo București had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
