Spectators: 5826 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aristide Ticulescu started the match with the kick off. Isac Abutnăriței made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Nicodim Ţurcaş sent off a good shot on target. Isac Abutnăriței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodim Ţurcaş in the 8th minute of play. Visan's Francisc Urdoi got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th match minute, Stiinta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calistrat Vulpe to maneuver through the defense. Nicodim Ţurcaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Abutnăriței made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodim Ţurcaş in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Aristide Ticulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Arapașu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stiinta's Isac Abutnăriței proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta from getting a goal against them. Nicodim Ţurcaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Isac Abutnăriței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Stiinta's goalkeeper Isac Abutnăriței had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisc Urdoi. In the 33rdth minute of the game Luca Tarchilă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Visan's Robert Arapașu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luca Tarchilă struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Robert Arapașu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stiinta. Robert Arapașu came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Stiinta's Aristide Ticulescu. But to his dismay, Aristide Ticulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicodim Ţurcaş to make the kick off. Stiinta's Isac Abutnăriței played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodim Ţurcaş in the 53rd minute of play. Francisc Urdoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isac Abutnăriței. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisc Urdoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Stiinta's Isac Abutnăriței played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Urdoi in the 60th minute of play. Francisc Urdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Abutnăriței having to interfere. Aristide Ticulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Francisc Urdoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stiinta's Isac Abutnăriței was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Visan's Robert Arapașu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Visan from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stiinta's goalkeeper Isac Abutnăriței, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 84th minute Nicodim Ţurcaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Abutnăriței saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisc Urdoi in the 86th minute of play forced Stiinta's goalkeeper Isac Abutnăriței to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eusebiu Moldovan fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stiinta's protests and gave Eusebiu Moldovan a yellow card for diving instead. Eusebiu Moldovan kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Stiinta's Eusebiu Moldovan got a free kick in the 91st minute. Isac Abutnăriței showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Ţurcaş in the 92nd minute of the match. Francisc Urdoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Isac Abutnăriței tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stiinta succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Visan had controlled the match.
