When Narcis Aalexoaiei came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Fc Bogy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narcis Aalexoaiei couldn't finish the play. If Daniel Bojincă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Eliodor Buceceanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Călin Ştefănuţ was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Bojincă made a kick off. Narcis Aalexoaiei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nechifor Urmaticu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Bojincă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. Iustin Istrates short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Călin Ştefănuţ to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iustin Istrate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Călin Ştefănuţ made a huge save. Călin Ştefănuţ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Giuvaresti CF. Giuvaresti CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
