The supporters of Moara Domneasca booed when FC Pescarusul Obarsia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristi Eniceicu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Marcel Maniu in the 45th minute really tested Ion Bratu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sebastian Bungescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Bratu having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Moara Domneasca getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Vasile Achimescu hit a great ball. FC Pescarusul Obarsia's Dan Buda couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Moara Domneasca. If Octavian Cămătaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. After 66 played minutes FC Pescarusul Obarsia got a freekick which was hit by Cristi Eniceicu. A collision led to Moara Domneasca getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Valer Oproiu hit a great ball. Mugurel Piț scored 1-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Bratu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd match minute, Moara Domneasca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Mendrea to maneuver through the defense. Octavian Cămătaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Sebastian Bungescu came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Moara Domneasca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Bungescu couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, FC Pescarusul Obarsia's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Piț came free, but Ion Bratu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Bratu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Piț in the 81st minute of play. Sebastian Bungescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of FC Pescarusul Obarsia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Moara Domneasca:s goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Moara Domneasca had played much better football throughout.
