Ovidiu Blănaru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 20th minute Șerban Capșuneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Potra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Iulian Robu came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the SEVEN NATION ARMY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iulian Robu couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Ţirpe in the 26th minute of play forced SEVEN NATION ARMY's goalkeeper Dorin Murgoci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorin Murgoci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Luncașu in the 28th minute of the match. Andrei Ţirpe took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Murgoci. Dorin Murgoci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 33 minutes into the match, SEVEN NATION ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Ştefănică came free, but Dorin Murgoci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iurie Ştefănică scored 1-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorin Murgoci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Emanuel Augustin managed to get in a good position for a shot. SEVEN NATION ARMY's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Augustin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horia Potra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Șerban Capșuneanu made a kick off. Dorin Murgoci made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Iurie Ştefănică sent off a good shot on target. Șerban Capșuneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avram Căliman hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, SEVEN NATION ARMY's Romeo Babeș got a free kick in the 59th minute. Norby FC TEAM's Horia Potra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Robu in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Norby FC TEAM's Gigel Giuverdea got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Șerban Capșuneanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. SEVEN NATION ARMY were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Norby FC TEAM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Augustin took the corner. Emanuel Augustin made a great header on SEVEN NATION ARMY's corner, it was just that Norby FC TEAM's Horia Potra managed to reach the ball for a save. Dorin Murgoci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moise Luncașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Șerban Capșuneanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 93 minutes, Emanuel Augustin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SEVEN NATION ARMY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Augustin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Iulian Robu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horia Potra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Norby FC TEAM walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
