After a defensive mix-up in KONG FUZI FC's zone, Eugen Băbescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Maleș came out of the goal and Eugen Băbescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, KONG FUZI FC's Horaţiu Maleș got control of the ball when Eugen Băbescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Ivănescu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Horia Zâncă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calistrat Trişcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Petruț in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Rasti AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Cocârlă to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of KONG FUZI FC booed when Rasti AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Trifan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Rasti AS's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Sticlaru came free, but Calistrat Trişcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cazimir Madgearu during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cazimir Madgearu hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Rasti AS's Horia Zâncă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horaţiu Maleș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Horia Zâncă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Maleș having to interfere. After 41 minutes of play Rasti AS's Fabian Trifan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 42 played minutes Rasti AS got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Trifan. Rasti AS's Calistrat Trişcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Sticlaru in the 44th minute of play. Calistrat Trişcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandru Fărcășan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute Dinu Sticlaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Trişcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugen Băbescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Dinu Sticlaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Horia Zâncă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Maleș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th match minute, KONG FUZI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelian Petruț to maneuver through the defense. Alexandru Fărcășan came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Calistrat Trişcu could save by the left post. Calistrat Trişcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Iuga in the 65th minute of the match. If Horia Zâncă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 played minutes, Rasti AS's Aron Firoiu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Horaţiu Maleș came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rasti AS reached it. Calistrat Trişcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Petruț in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Eugen Băbescu made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Maleș. KONG FUZI FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 78 minutes of play, KONG FUZI FC's Alexandru Fărcășan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Trişcu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aron Firoiu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ştefan Iuga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Calistrat Trişcu. That made the score 1-2 in the 87 minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Eugen Băbescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KONG FUZI FC's Horaţiu Maleș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Rasti AS's Horia Zâncă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horaţiu Maleș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KONG FUZI FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
