Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cufoaia FC's Nae Ţurlău started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cufoaia FC's Daniel Cotoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Cufoaia FC from getting a goal against them. Mihail Zburlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Daniel Cotoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felix Buzescu fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cufoaia FC's protests and gave Felix Buzescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Cufoaia FC got a freekick which was hit by Felix Buzescu. Vasile Dobrin's late challenge caught a Cufoaia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vasile Dobrin helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Cotoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasile Dobrin in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Mihail Zburlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Cotoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Cotoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihail Zburlea went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mihail Zburlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Daniel Cotoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cufoaia FC's Felix Buzescu got a free kick in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Gelu Borcea threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cufoaia FC's Edgar Paulescu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 33 minutes into the match, Tetcoiul's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Paulescu came free, but Denis Taşcău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mihail Zburlea to make the kick off. Daniel Cotoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Zburlea in the 52nd minute of the match. The Tetcoiul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihail Zburlea in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Cotoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th match minute, Cufoaia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Răzvan Todoran to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Zburlea in the 69th minute of play forced Cufoaia FC's goalkeeper Daniel Cotoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
