Flavius Neculuță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 85 played minutes The Unity BvB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Costin Leluțiu. 88 minutes into the game, The Unity BvB 09's Dumitru Cârțan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Cotoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Daniel Cotoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Condescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, Cufoaia FC's Daniel Cotoi got control of the ball when Dumitru Cârțan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Unity BvB 09 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
