Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valer Rânceanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Gabriel Cozma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rossoneri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Cozma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxim Lipan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adam Andronache hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Rossoneri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Rânceanu came free, but Nikos Triantafillou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikos Triantafillou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valer Rânceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Santioana's Maxim Lipan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Santioana from getting a goal against them. If Gabriel Cozma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Andronache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Lipan having to interfere. Gabriel Cozma charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Cozma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Santioana got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Vulcănescu. Lucian Vulcănescu scored 0-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nikos Triantafillou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Santioana were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute of the match Iacob Gârdescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nikos Triantafillou skillfully saved the ball. Toader Gavruță kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Vasile Cunea charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasile Cunea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rossoneri FC's Gabriel Cozma got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adam Andronache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Lipan having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Gabriel Cozma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th match minute, Rossoneri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Berechet to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valer Rânceanu in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Triantafillou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot by Augustin Cocea from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Nikos Triantafillou's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Maxim Lipan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Creangă in the 84th minute of play. Gică Rednic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxim Lipan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Andronache in the 89th minute of the match. After 91 minutes Santioana's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mihail Petran who took care of the corner kick. 92 minutes into the match, Rossoneri FC's goalkeeper Nikos Triantafillou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valer Rânceanu. Gică Rednic took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxim Lipan. Maxim Lipan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rossoneri FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
