The Somuzul Fălticeni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 9 minutes, Dragoş Pavalescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Somuzul Fălticeni and the Hunters 2004 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hunters 2004 booed when Somuzul Fălticeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Pavalescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragoş Pavalescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 18 minutes, Dragoş Pavalescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Somuzul Fălticeni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dragoş Pavalescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Maxim Hurmuzescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Emil Frunză sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Frunză to make the kick off. Teodor Vasilian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Pompiliu Nedelciu charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pompiliu Nedelciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maxim Hurmuzescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Teodor Vasilian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pompiliu Nedelciu came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Somuzul Fălticeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pompiliu Nedelciu couldn't finish the play. Teodor Vasilian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Hurmuzescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Hurmuzescu in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodor Vasilian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodor Vasilian came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Somuzul Fălticeni's Maxim Hurmuzescu. But to his dismay, Maxim Hurmuzescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Pompiliu Nedelciu kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Somuzul Fălticeni fully deserved thier win.
