Somuzul Fălticeni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus-Cj the free kick. Leontin Vişoianu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Emilian Prunaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduard Alucai's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Eduard Alucai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valentin Meleșcanu charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Meleșcanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Juventus-Cj got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Meleșcanu. Dragoş Pavalescu took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugen Pârvuță. Eugen Pârvuță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Eugen Pârvuță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Hurmuzescu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 31 minutes into the match, Juventus-Cj's goalkeeper Eugen Pârvuță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dragoş Pavalescu. Dragoş Pavalescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eugen Pârvuță could save by the left post. Eugen Pârvuță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Hurmuzescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Dragoş Pavalescu in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugen Pârvuță, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Valentin Meleșcanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Somuzul Fălticeni's Dragoş Pavalescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 47th minute of the match, Maxim Hurmuzescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eugen Pârvuță saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maxim Hurmuzescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eugen Pârvuță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragoş Pavalescu in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Maxim Hurmuzescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Pârvuță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Dragoş Pavalescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maxim Hurmuzescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eugen Pârvuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Hurmuzescu in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugen Pârvuță prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marius Avramescu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Dragoş Pavalescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxim Hurmuzescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugen Pârvuță having to make a save. Maxim Hurmuzescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eugen Pârvuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugen Pârvuță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Vişoianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leontin Vişoianu in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugen Pârvuță prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus-Cj's zone, Dragoş Pavalescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugen Pârvuță came out of the goal and Dragoş Pavalescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Somuzul Fălticeni's Maxim Hurmuzescu in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventus-Cj's goalie prevented a goal. Dragoş Pavalescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Hurmuzescu in the 97th minute of play forced Juventus-Cj's goalkeeper Eugen Pârvuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Somuzul Fălticeni fully deserved thier win.
