If Fabian Mincu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragoş Boaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Dragoş Boaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Homescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, OTELUL Galati's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Homescu came free, but Dragoş Boaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantin Homescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Homescu in the 93rd minute of play forced OTELUL Galati's goalkeeper Dragoş Boaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Budieni played a much better game than OTELUL Galati and deserved their victory. The OTELUL Galati players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
