Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Constantin Homescu kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Fabian Mincu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Budieni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Busu's Robert Chelaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Homescu in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Budieni's Claudiu Chirea got a free kick in the 12th minute. Cazimir Stolniciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Budieni getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Claudiu Chirea hit a great ball. Aron Iurașcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Chelaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Homescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes of play, Budieni's Fabian Mincu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Chelaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Petruț Miron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viorel Archiudean during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes Budieni got a freekick which was hit by Viorel Archiudean. Cezar Burca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Aron Iurașcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Busu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Iurașcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Budieni were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezar Burca to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Cezar Burca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Busu's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezar Burca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nistor Dobre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Cezar Burca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Homescu in the 60th minute of play forced Busu's goalkeeper Robert Chelaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61stth minute of the game Petruț Miron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Budieni's Nistor Dobre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Mincu got free with Robert Chelaru in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nistor Dobre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Miron, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Busu's Robert Chelaru got control of the ball when Fabian Mincu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute, Basarab Chițac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nistor Dobre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Burca in the 72nd minute of play. In the 77th minute, Cezar Burca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Busu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 86 minutes into the match, Aron Iurașcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nistor Dobre. Budieni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aron Iurașcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Filip Cordescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Busu's Robert Chelaru got control of the ball when Fabian Mincu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute Gabriel Semeghin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Dobre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
