Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sorin Pârlog in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Trifănucă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Radu Hurmuzescu came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FCSB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radu Hurmuzescu couldn't finish the play. Sorin Pârlog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sorin Pârlog's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Trifănucă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Radu Hurmuzescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCSB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

A hard shot by Costin Calciu from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Alex Trifănucă's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Sorin Pârlogs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Alex Trifănucă to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Sorin Pârlog put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Alex Trifănucă. Ionică Romulus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Alex Trifănucă made a huge save. Sorin Pârlog took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Trifănucă. Alex Trifănucă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. FCSB played a much better game than Ultramax1000 and deserved their victory. The Ultramax1000 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
